#davesdailychallenge (3) GO FIRST! I first came across this simple but valuable concept during a Tim Ferriss podcast with Gabrielle Reece and Laird Hamilton. The basic concept is to not wait on others for a cue for anything. When you walk down the street be the first to say hello. Be the first to call that friend. Be the first to go after that new client or promotion. I have personally found in the Washington DC area, where I live, that people will rarely go first in greeting each other as they walk down the street. I challenge you to try this in your neighborhood. Give a sincere “good morning” to the next person you see and watch their humanity come out. It is simple yet very significant.
