#davesdailychallenge (20): Beware The Planning Trap. I know of few people who are more guilty of this than I am. I’ll spend hours reading research from the Harvard Business Review. I’ll spend weeks planning a writing project I’m contemplating. This is a trap that can suck you in if you let it. Sometimes you need to just stop the research and execute the hell out of that imperfect plan. You’ll make mistakes. You’ll screw up, adapt, learn, and overcome.
