This is a concept that I believe has been strangely lost by many yet has never been so in demand by so many people. With information so readily available, people are extraordinarily demanding of their products, their careers, their political candidates, and their experiences. I challenge you to realize that whether or not you understand yet, this applies to you. I guarantee you it does. Instead of shying away from the challenge of meeting people’s needs, or trying to game the system by finding excuses to settle for mediocrity, I encourage you to rise to the occasion. Meet their needs like never before! Step up your game with your significant other. Truly go the extra mile with your client to raise the bar of service. Redefine the standard of success in your own organization to show that you can continue to exceed the expectations of your guests. It has never been harder. It has never been more necessary.
