#davesdailychallenge (50): You Must Give Value. Thank you to Gary Vaynerchuck (@garyvee) for your thought leadership on this topic. When conducting business, networking, or living your life on purpose I challenge you to realize that it’s all about what value you give. Too many start off a relationship, in all facets, with asking to receive something. They want advice, money, mentorship, love, promotions, or introductions. Instead of starting off your next relationship with the ask, start with the give. Give value. Prove your worth. Make yourself worth listening to. Once you have established your value with your desired audience then you can ask…then you can sell. Be your authentic and value-added self. Do that and others will see what you bring to the table. Do that and you will be paid for the value you bring.
