Be Our Guest – Daily Growth

#davesdailychallenge (57): Be Our Guest! Many who have heard me speak no doubt remember one of my big takeaways: “We are all in the customer service business.”. This book, Be Our Guest by The Disney Institute, which is the professional development arm of the Walt Disney Company, is one of the top books I recommend to any leader or practitioner of their craft. This book deconstructs Disney’s legendary approach to delighting their guests. It is rare to get a glimpse into the secret sauce of what a company does better than anyone else in the world but here it is folks. Walt Disney is the best at what they do and I know you’ll find this book to be incredibly applicable to your world, both personal and professional.
