#davesdailychallenge (89): The Wrong Room. I can say without a moments hesitation that the periods in my life when I’ve grown the most were a direct reflection of the people I was fortunate enough to work with. If you find yourself in a position where you are no longer challenged or encouraged to grow, learn, and take appropriate risks I encourage you to put yourself in a situation where you can find that once again. That new situation can take many different forms but a change is necessary. Have the courage to take the necessary steps to ensure the room you’re in is leading you, and your team, to a place of growth. Good luck my friends.
