#davesdailychallenge (130): Meetings. This man taught me a great deal. Among his many quotes was this gem that has always stayed with me. I have come to believe that most meetings aren’t necessary and the ones that are should be a fraction of the time if done properly. Plan ahead, come prepared, don’t use the group’s time as a means to think out loud or pontificate and always appoint someone to keep the team focused. The human race thanks you.
